Our goal is to teach the techniques of cooking that chefs use everyday in a home cooking context. With these tools, our menu planing and shopping instruction as well as creative ideas for meals, entertaining and busy families, our students leave our classes with the skills and confidence to prepare gourmet, organic cuisine! Justine Carpenter and Planet X Cafe have cooked for stars from Sting to Tony Bennett. Our restaurant classes, held at Planet X Cafe in beautiful Rehoboth Beach, Delaware are held over one or two day sessions. There is limited housing available for many of the sessions as well as local loding discounts. Our daily classes are concluded with a fabulous gourmet dinner at the popular Planet X Cafe. The organic cooking school is dedicated to gourmet cooking in a natural, oganic context. Everyday we are bombarded with disturbing statistics on the dangers of cancer causing pesticides, commercial poultry and beef.
